A giant God of Wealth makes his grand debut at One North, beaming with joy as he shares golden blessings and extends warm Chinese New Year wishes of “One Joy, Prosperity Ahead”. A vibrant sea of blossoms, symbolizing “prosperity in full bloom”, spreads across the atrium in dazzling colors. “Lucky Gold Pillow” Redemption

S⁺ REWARDS members can redeem one Lucky Gold Pillow with either:

“Red Packet” Redemption

Terms & Conditions:

  1. All rewards have limited daily quotas applied on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Once the rewards are exhausted, the redemption activity will end immediately without further notice.
  2. Each participant is limited to redeeming the reward once. Each valid receipt is limited to a maximum of 1 reward.
  3. Merchants only include those on the shopping mall floors and do not include tenants on the office floors. For details, please refer to the merchant guide on the website.
  4. Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s)/octopus card(s) used for the spending in order to join the promotion. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as electronic payment slip(s). Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. The staff has the right to make any marks on all receipts used for any redemption and these receipts are not eligible for other offers or redemptions (including other gift redemption, promotional offers and others).
  5. To be eligible for redemption, all electronic payment slips must be supported by the corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ debit card(s), showing same name of the customer. The staff reserves the right to request customers to present their proof of identity for verification.
  6. Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. Receipts of payment in cash, vouchers or other methods, Gold Saving Club payment and purchase or value-adding of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards are not acceptable for this promotion.
  7. All receipts for the redemption must be complete original computer-printed receipt(s) without any damage issued by relevant merchant(s) on same day of the registration. Each receipt must clearly show the name of merchant(s) and the date of issue. The following receipt(s) are not acceptable for this promotion, cash, handwritten, photocopied, casual leasing, bank, estate agent, add-value transactions and charges (including Octopus card, value added card, parking, mobile data and telephone etc.), receipts from purchase of tickets, and purchase or consumption paid by cash coupon(s)/gift voucher(s)/cake shop coupon(s), and any re-printed computer-printed receipts.
  8. Each set of eligible sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment receipt can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S ⁺ REWARDS Point registration.
  9. NO alteration to the receipt(s) is/are allowed once receipt(s) are registered.
  10. For receipt(s) of deposit payment, only the value of deposit and/ or the actual amount paid will be calculated, excluding outstanding payment, for the purpose of this promotion. Total spending refers to the net spending after deducting any point(s) and discount(s) from credit card, EPS, Octopus card or membership card.
  11. Staff of One North shall have the right to take electronic copy of each receipt and electronic payment slip for redemption or participation in promotion activity and keep them for audit purpose.
  12. All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable.
  13. Rewards will NOT be re-issued in case of loss, damage or expiry.
  14. No warranty of whatsoever kind (whether express, implied or statutory) for the reward gifts provided by the supplier/merchants has been or will be given by the shopping mall who shall also not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the gift in any way (including but not limited to their quality, function, enjoyment, after-sales or repair service, use or any other aspect). Any enquiries, suggestions, complaints or disputes relating thereto should be directed/referred to the relevant merchant(s).
  15. All receipt(s) for registration must be verified and validated by staff of One North who has absolute right to reject any receipt if the authenticity of the receipt is in doubt.
  16. One North reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary the details, contents and/or terms and conditions of the promotion/redemption, and/or change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  17. In case of any dispute in relation to or in connection with the promotion, redemption, terms and conditions or any incidental matters, promotion organizer and One North reserve right for final and conclusive decisions.
